Skeletor Is Frank Langella’s Favorite Movie Role

I actually found this off a link from our Tracker. Not sure how that worked, but it did. In this clip, Frank Langella, of such critically acclaimed movies as Frost/Nixon, Starting Out in the Evening, and Good Night, and Good Luck, tells a reporter that none of these movies were his favorite role ever. Instead, his favorite role ever is, well… just watch.

Wow, awesome find! I thought that film was horrible, but Skeletor is the man…. so I won’t knock his choice of role. C’mon, who wouldn’t want to play that part?
I’d fucking love it, but I also loved the whole movie. Admittedly, it would have been better if they’d set it more in Eternia and less on Earth, but I thought it was good despite that. Maybe they’ll go that route with Grayskull in 2011.

Hey, I didn’t make it.
“Thank you for that bit of philosophy, Sorceress.” He was the best and only redeemable part of that movie.
You know, I never saw that movie, but I STILL, for some reason, can hear the ads in my head “….and Frank Langella as Skeletor…” I have NO idea why. The “Dolph Lundgren as He-Man” part didn’t stick in my head, though I know the ads started with that part. My brain is weird, yo.
