In this comic, we are reminded about the need to ensure that the environment we live and work in are completely bacteria-free.  However, this need can have its disadvantages, as seen here.  James’ attempt to flirt with Lisa is inevitably foiled by his strict adherence to maintaining a bacteria-free day.  All is not lost, though, as his immune system will thank him later.  Hopefully.
